Biography

Dr. Mai Naif Al Shoufi is a Specialist ENT/Otolaryngology with more than 20 years of experience in the field. She obtained a Doctor of Medicine in 1994, followed by her Residency in 2003 and a Specialist Degree in Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head and Neck Surgery from Syria.  Dr. Mai Naif Al Shoufi began her career as an ENT Physician and Head and Neck Surgeon in Syria in 2003. Later, she worked with esteemed institutions as an ENT Physician. In addition to her tenure in Syria, she also practiced in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, gaining extensive experience across various clinics with cross privileges.  Dr. Mai Naif Al Shoufi’s areas of competency include general ENT, rhinology, managing ear disorders, pediatric care, managing voice and swallowing disorders, care for sleep disorders, and performing procedures like adenotonsillectomy, myringotomy (ear tubes), snoring surgeries, turbinectomy and septoplasty, facial skin lesions, foreign body removal, and ear piercing. Her key areas of interest are ear diseases, head and neck surgery, ENT diseases and speech delay in children, down’s syndrome, and caring for autistic patients.
