Dr. Amol Pandurang More is a distinguished radiologist, educator, administrator, and leader with extensive experience in radiology and healthcare management. He holds specializations in radiodiagnosis from both the Indian (DNB RAD) and European (EDiR) Boards, alongside a Diploma from the Indian College of Radiology and Imaging (DICRI). Dr. Amol was recognized as a Graded Specialist in Radiology by the esteemed Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), India. In addition to his radiology qualifications, Dr. Amol completed a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound from the University of Murcia, Spain, and a Musculoskeletal MRI Fellowship from PrimeRad Academy, which is renowned for training in collaboration with UK, European, US, and Indian musculoskeletal radiologists. His diverse qualifications further include Hospital and Healthcare Management (PGDHHM – IGNOU), Medico-Legal System Management (PGDMLS – Symbiosis), Business Management (IIM Shillong), and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification by Grant Thornton (India). Dr. Amol is a pioneer in implementing AI in radiology at Burjeel Medical City. He has completed certification in AI in Radiology from the Indian College of Radiology (ICRI) and specializes in AI-driven solutions, workflow optimization, image analysis, and the integration of AI to enhance diagnostic accuracy. His passion for advancing radiology practices through AI is evident in his ongoing efforts to improve patient care. An experienced leader, Dr. Amol excels in team management, workflow optimization, and strategic planning. He actively mentors radiologists and spearheads innovative solutions for improved patient care. Additionally, he monitors Radiation and MRI safety within the Radiology Department. Since 2015, he has been a regular member of Multidisciplinary Tumor Board (MDT) meetings.
