Biography

Dr. Wissam Al Sahli is a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist who graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2002 with a medical degree. He completed residency training in internal medicine and cardiology in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In 2005, he obtained his Membership from the prestigious Royal College of Physicians, and in 2011, he received his CCST in Interventional Cardiology. He completed his Interventional Fellowship at the Dorset Heart Center in the United Kingdom. He worked as a Consultant at St. Vincent University Hospital in Ireland before relocating to the UAE. Dr. Wissam’s primary areas of expertise in Cardiology are complex coronary intervention, pacemaker insertion, defibrillator insertion, valvular heart disease, and hypertension. Dr. Wissam Al Sahli has performed over 6500 cardiac surgeries.
