Biography

Dr. Rushikesh Ashok Naik is a Specialist Radiologist at Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. He completed his MBBS from B.J. Medical College, University of Pune, and post-graduation in Radiodiagnosis at Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Tiruvalla, Kerala, India. He earned his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, India, in 2009 with a Gold Medal. He further obtained European Diploma in Radiology, Vienna (EDiR) in 2018 and earned his position as a Fellow in the Royal College of Radiologists, London (FRCR) in 2019. He has served as Assistant Professor at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Kochi, and at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, where he was actively involved in undergraduate teaching and postgraduate training programs. Before moving to UAE, he worked as Consultant Radiologist in Pune at Naik Clinic, Megavison Diagnostics, and Omega and PDS Scans – Poona Hospital. With over 14 years of experience in general radiology, he has published several case reports and research papers to his credit. He is also actively involved in exam training courses in UAE and India.
