Biography

Sanaa Tayseer Al Kurdi is a Senior Dietitian with extensive experience in clinical dietetics, having worked in various healthcare settings across Jordan and the UAE. She currently serves as the Lead Clinical Dietitian at Burjeel Medical City in Abu Dhabi, where she oversees the dietary and food service departments and manages nutritional care in the NICU, PICU, and pediatric clinics. Her career includes significant roles at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Welcare Hospital, where she managed diverse clinical dietetic needs and contributed to multidisciplinary teams and specialized clinics.
