Biography

Dr. Saeed Alseiari is the Chair of Radiology Division and Consultant Radiologist, bringing vast expertise from his extensive practice in Abu Dhabi and abroad. He earned an MBBS from India in 2001, followed by the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Specialty Board from Germany. Later, he completed a non-invasive cardiovascular imaging fellowship from Switzerland and obtained the European Board of Cardiovascular Radiology in 2014. In 2015, he finished his MBA from Philadelphia and also obtained the GCSRT certification. He also obtained a fellowship from the Society of Cardiac MR (SCMR) and then a Fellowship Certificate in Cardiac SPECT, CT, PET, and Hybrid Imaging from Switzerland. Bringing a wealth of experience from various renowned institutes, he possesses a high level of expertise that enriches our institution. With over 8 years of managerial experience, he has held various key roles, including Radiology Residency Program Director and Chair of the Department in two major SEHA hospitals, as well as chair of the SEHA Radiology Council. He pioneered introducing the first cardiac MRI service under SEHA and the transition of the radiology department to a subspecialty-based service model. Before joining the Burjeel family, he was the chair of Clinical Imaging and Consultant Cardiovascular Radiologist at a renowned institute in Abu Dhabi. He has authored various publications and presentations under his name and has also received numerous awards and achievements for his dedication and loyalty to healthcare.
