Dr. Monica Singh Chauhan is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 23 years of experience in advanced women’s healthcare, academic teaching, and surgical excellence. She graduated from Government Medical College, India, in 1997 and completed her Master’s in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002. Her early exposure to minimal access gynecology at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, sparked a lasting interest in advanced endoscopic surgery. For 12 years, Dr. Chauhan served as an Assistant Professor at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital, Central India, where she trained medical students and residents while honing her surgical skills. She later completed a Fellowship in Minimal Access Gynecology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, with a focus on advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Dr. Chauhan has undertaken specialized training in endometriosis surgery and robot-assisted gynecological procedures, enabling her to manage complex pelvic conditions with precision and minimal invasiveness. In 2016, she trained in Aesthetic Gynecology under leading international mentors, becoming one of the early specialists to introduce these techniques into women’s health practice. She also holds a Diploma in Pelvic Reconstructive Gynecology, Aesthetic and Functional Vulvovaginal Surgery from SCU, California, USA.
