Biography

Dr Eman is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with advanced training in urogynaecology and over 30 years of experience. She completed her training from Baghdad University and had worked at Medical city in Baghdad. She also had training in Obstetrics & Gynecology and 2 years of advanced training in urogynaecology in the Oxford region, UK. She also has a master’s degree in health care management from York University. She obtained CCT from Oxford deanery in 2008 and since then worked in reputed institutes both in UK and UAE. She has expertise in maternal medicine, high risk obstetrics, urogynaecology, urodynamic and reconstructive vaginal surgery, gynecology ultrasound, advanced hysteroscopy surgery, and laparoscopic surgery. Before joining Burjeel, she was working as a consultant in obstetrics and gynecology and urogynecologist at Corniche hospital then moved to NMC Royal as a consultant and Chair of the department. She is also a PROMPT instructor, Third-degree training instructor, and a Human factor training instructor.
