Biography

Dr. Mehboob Ahmad has more than 20 years of working experience in different countries, including the UAE, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. He is an expert in giving General and regional anesthesia to adults and pediatric patients of all specialties, such as elective or emergency procedures. He is well trained in providing anesthesia outside the operating rooms, like anesthesia for MRI and other radiological procedures in the radiology department, including Cath Lab. Dr. Mehboob can provide sedation for procedures like endoscopies and large wound dressing changes. His expertise includes regional anesthesia like Labor epidurals for painless delivery, epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, and combined spinal anesthesia. He has excellent skills in managing acute postoperative pain and chronic pain management and can handle patient-controlled analgesia machines.
