Dr Narendranath Lokare is a highly respected urologist with over 4+ years of experience in the field. He currently serves as specialist urologist at Burjeel speciality hospital, Sharjah. Dr Lokare completed his medical degree at VIMS, Bellary from where he hails. He pursued his post-graduation in general surgery from prestigious institute i.e. Bangalore medical college and research institute. He is reliable and hardworking medical professional. He obtained his M.Ch in genito urinary surgery from SVIMS, Tirupati. Specializing in laser endourology and female urology Dr Lokare has dedicated his career to providing excellent urological care for patients with kidney, ureter, bladder and prostate diseases. He has adequate exposure in managing complex renal and ureteric calculus. He was in the renal transplant programme at KIMS hospitals, Anantapur. Dr Lokare has received numerous awards for his contributions during his post-graduation training. In addition to his clinical work and research, Dr Lokare is passionate about medical education teaching programmes for medical students. He is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the urology society of India, society of genito-urinary surgery – AP chapter. He is a member of USI, SOGUS AP & TS and UAA. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing violin, cricket and spending time with his family.
