Dr. Rushikesh Ashok Naik is a Consultant Radiologist at Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has an extensive educational background and professional experience in radiology, with a career spanning over 15 years. Dr. Naik completed his MBBS at B.J. Medical College, University of Pune, and his post-graduation in Radiodiagnosis at the Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Tiruvalla, Kerala. He was awarded the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, in 2009, achieving a Gold Medal for his excellence.
Further enhancing his credentials, Dr. Naik earned the European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR) in Vienna in 2018 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in London in 2019. His academic roles included serving as an Assistant Professor at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Kochi and at Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College in Pune. In these positions, he contributed significantly to undergraduate education and postgraduate training programs.
Prior to his current role in the UAE, Dr. Naik worked as a Consultant Radiologist in Pune, where he was affiliated with various reputed Hospital. He has authored numerous case reports and research papers and is actively involved in exam training courses in both the UAE and India.
