We are pleased to announce that our antenatal classes are now available for you and your partner. This course will help to prepare you for the birth of your baby.
Our experts will provide information regarding the changes that occur during pregnancy, how to care for yourself and your baby before, during, and after delivery, and also include information on breastfeeding.
You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns.
This is also a great chance to meet other expecting mothers in your community who will be able to share their experiences with you—including those who have already given birth!
