Biography

Dr. Mohammed M. Sulieman is an Egyptian adult Interventional Cardiology Consultant who had his training in the National Heart Institute of Cairo and had both master and doctorate degrees in cardiology and interventional cardiology. Then the European percutaneous association of cardiovascular intervention certificate, in addition to the American board of adult Echocardiogram as well. He has been working in the field of adult cardiology and interventional cardiology in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in tertiary institutes for 18 years. His areas of expertise include,

• Diagnosis and treatment of different adult heart disease.
• Doing all forms of coronary intervention including multivessel disease, left main disease and chronic total occlusion when indicated.
• Doing emergency primary percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction.
• Intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography for complex coronary cases.
• Doing rotablation and intravascular lithotripsy for the calcified coronary artery disease.
• Invasive hemodynamic evaluation for both right and left heart catheterization.
• Doing pericardiocentesis for pericardial effusion and implanting of temporary pacemaker for advanced heart block.
• Doing and interpretation of all forms of adult Echocardiogram including transthoracic Echo, transesophageal and stress Echo.
• Holter monitoring for heart rhythm disturbance.
• Treadmill stress ECG to evaluate the functional capacity and chest pain and exercise induced arrhythmias.
• Preventive cardiology.
