Dr. Zarqa Noreen Shah has 20 years of experience. She graduated from Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore, Pakistan, and completed her post-graduate training from Services Hospital and Post Graduate Medical Institute in Lahore. Later she worked at Al Amal Maternity Hospital and Fertility Center, Amman, Jordan, for 12 years and obtained Her MRCOG, gaining expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and advanced fertility treatments. She obtained her Master’s training certification in infertility treatments from Homerton University Hospital. She worked in JCI accredited Hospital in UAE for seven years in Dubai. Her approach to treating women is different because she makes them partners in their journey to motherhood, taking time to listen to them, understanding the depth of their problems, and offering un-hurried consultations. She emphasizes minimal medical intervention. In her opinion, proper pre-conception and early pregnancy counseling and creating a treatment plan customized to a couple’s needs can go a long way in helping risk management and have a positive birth experience.
