Dr Abdelhamid Seyam has a vast and extended experiences over 2 years, in the field of Neurology and Neurosciences. He completed the Neuro-psychiatry Residency & MSc in 2004 in Cairo- Egypt. In 2005, he has been appointed as a faculty member at Al-Azhar School of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt and promoted as an associate professor in Neurology in Jun.2018. During that period, he obtained PhD in neurosciences and prepared his thesis in University of Canada 2009. Dr. Seyam has subspecialty in Epilepsy & EEG and did 2 years, clinical and research Fellowship in Calgary University, Alberta, Canada (2007-2009), and obtained the Canadian Neurophysiology Diplomate (CSCN). He worked as a visiting consultant Neurologist/Epileptologist, SMU, KFSH, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in 2007. Between 2018-2020, Dr Abdelhamid has worked as the Head of the Neurology Unit in SQH – Oman. As well he worked as Consultant Neurologist and Epileptologist in King Abdulaziz specialist Hospital, MOH, KSA (2020-2025)
