Biography

Dr. Azra Kasalo completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Medicine from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2011. She specialized at an academic teaching hospital of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany in 2020. Dr. Azra is also a member of the State Chamber of Physicians at Hesse and German Society for Internal Medicine. Dr. Azra is a Trained and Certified professional with more than 11 years of experience from various hospitals across Germany and UAE prior to joining Burjeel Medical Centres. She has also been a part of several researches and conferences internationally. Dr. Azra’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to General Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Diabetology. She is also qualified as Hypertensiologist by the German Hypertension League, Germany.
