Biography

Dr. Muhammed is a Specialist in Pediatrics at Burjeel Medical Centre, Al Shamkha. He graduated from Calicut Medical College in India in 1980. He then earned a Diploma in Child Health from India’s Kasturba Medical College in 1988. Dr. Muhammed earned his Master’s degree in Pediatrics (MD) from the same institution in 1990. Dr. Muhammed began his career in 1982 at India’s Crescent Hospital as a General Practitioner and later as a Pediatrics Specialist. He relocated to Saudi Arabia in 1994 and practiced medicine at a renowned government hospital. He joined a government referral hospital in Saudi Arabia in 1995. In 1997, he resumed practice at a private clinic in Saudi Arabia, and in 1998, he returned to the Crescent Hospital. Dr. Muhammed relocated to Dubai in 2006 and maintained a private polyclinic practice. Dr. Muhammed is a board-certified physician with over 32 years of experience in his field. Pediatric procedures (lumbar puncture, bone marrow aspiration, etc.), visceral leishmaniasis, sickle cell anemia, lumbar, and malaria are among his primary interests. He has also spoken at conferences and is frequently quoted in Indian media on various subjects. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Medical Association, the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, the National Neonatology Forum, and the Association of Qualified Private Medical Practitioners.
