Day 1
Day one at Arab Health has been an extraordinary one filled with inspiration and significant moments. The highlight of the day was the presence of the renowned Arab singer and cancer warrior, Elissa, at the BMC booth H6E59. She graced the event with her inspiring spirit by ceremonially ringing the bell and launching our ‘Ring for Life’ initiative, symbolizing the triumphs and milestones in the cancer recovery journey.
Elissa’s visit brought a profound sense of inspiration as she shared her personal experience with cancer. Having battled the disease herself and lost a loved one, she emphasized the critical importance of early detection, particularly for breast cancer, a cause dear to her heart. Her words resonated deeply, underlining the significance of regular screening.
“I am proud to take part in this initiative that offers hope to those battling cancer,” said Elissa. Expressing her admiration for Burjeel Medical City, she added, “Burjeel Medical City is a specialized facility that offers comprehensive and advanced care for cancer patients all under one roof. Their technological offerings and world-class expertise are helping patients from everywhere.”

Mansoor Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Department of Health (DoH) – Abu Dhabi and the DoH delegation, and H.E. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Egyptian Minister of Health and Population, among others. Engaging discussions unfolded throughout the day, reinforcing our commitment to advancing healthcare.

Day 2
Day two at Arab Health has proven to be a remarkable one. The BMC booth at the exhibition was abuzz with activity, filled with industry leaders, policymakers, and esteemed guests.
One of the highlights was the honor of hosting high-level government officials at the BMC booth. His Excellency Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, UAE Minister of Health and Prevention, graced us with his presence. Alongside him were other distinguished guests, including His Excellency Mansoor Al Mansoori, Chairman of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, and His Excellency Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director General of Dubai Health Authority. Their visit recognized the initiatives and complex care capabilities we are showcasing at Arab Health.
Special moments unfolded as these distinguished guests, along with other visitors, actively participated in BMC’s ‘Ring for Life’ initiative, aimed at spreading hope among cancer patients and survivors. Their ringing of the bell was a touching demonstration of solidarity and support for those battling against cancer.
The booth also welcomed numerous VVIPs and industry experts, including senior leaders from renowned companies like Philips, Siemens, Elekta, and more. The exchange of ideas with these key players reinforced our commitment to innovation and collaboration for advancing healthcare.
As we wrap up day two, a sense of accomplishment and excitement lingers in the air. The conversations and potential collaborations have fueled our passion for positively impacting the healthcare landscape.

Day 3
Day 3 of Arab Health was another incredible day, filled with meaningful interactions. As the day unfolded, the atmosphere remained charged with enthusiasm and the BMC booth continued to draw industry leaders, policymakers, and visitors.
One of the highlights was the celebration of a significant milestone – 100 successful bone marrow transplants. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, our Founder and Chairman, led the festivities alongside Prof. Humaid Al Shamsi, Director of Oncology at Burjeel Holdings, and Dr. Zainul Aabideen, Head of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Burjeel Medical City. Their presence made it a joyous celebration.
The BMC booth also transformed into a dynamic hub for the next generation of healthcare students. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil engaged with the young minds from Khalifa University, imparting valuable insights and inspiring confidence.
