Dr. Mohamed Musa has over 25 years of experience in gastroenterology. Prior to joining Burjeel Hospital, he worked as a Consultant Gastroenterologist for nearly 18 years in both the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Alongside his extensive experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy, he holds multiple postgraduate qualifications and has been actively involved in research, presentations, and publications. He graduated from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, with an MBBS degree and completed his postgraduate training in the United Kingdom. He completed his higher specialist training in gastroenterology and general medicine and obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2007. Dr. Musa strongly believes in workplace education and training. He pursued postgraduate studies in Medical Education at Cardiff University, UK, where he earned a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Medical Education. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). Dr. Musa is fluent in both Arabic and English.
