Dr. Aws Hasan Specialist Anesthesiologist

Dr. Aws Hasan is a Specialist Anesthesiologist with over 10 years of experience in anesthesiology and intensive care. He has provided anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties, including general, cosmetic, bariatric, orthopedic, ENT, obstetric and gynaecological, and emergency surgery.  Dr. Hasan earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Faculty of Medicine, Damascus University. He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Human Anatomy before completing his postgraduate training in Anesthesia, Resuscitation, and Pain Management, graduating with distinction. He has practiced as a specialist anesthesiologist and intensive care physician in both governmental and private hospitals in Syria, as well as in the United Arab Emirates. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Hasan has dedicated more than 15 years to teaching both theoretical and practical human anatomy to medical students and students of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Damascus University. In 2007, Dr. Hasan participated in a clinical research project on intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) at the University of Utah Hospital, USA. Since then, he has remained actively involved in this field, delivering lectures and contributing to scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops. Since becoming an internationally certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor in 2007, Dr. Hasan has coordinated, organized, and delivered numerous NRP courses, helping train hundreds of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Dr. Hasan is committed to delivering individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based anesthesia care. He strives to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and confidence throughout every stage of the surgical journey, from preoperative assessment to postoperate.
