UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the first copy of ‘Cancer Care in the United Arab Emirates,’ edited by Prof. Humaid Al Shamsi, Director of Oncology at Burjeel Holdings. During this meeting, Prof. Humaid Al Shamsi briefed His Highness on the latest advancements in cancer treatment strategies within the UAE. Mr. Omran AlKhoori, Member of the Board of Directors and President of Business Development at Burjeel Holdings, also graced the occasion.
The book, which is set to be released in February, explores the development of cancer care in the country, highlighting the nation’s commitment to combating cancer and enhancing patient care. Leading experts from Burjeel Holdings have led the national effort for this publication.
