According to the MoU, the healthcare provider will extend its services as the club’s medical partner for the next three years.
Abu Dhabi: May24, 2023. In a strategic collaboration to foster well-being in the sports community, Al Jazira Sports Club and Burjeel Holdings have signed a partnership agreement that extends to 2026. According to the partnership, Burjeel Holdings, will extend its services to the club for the next three years. It will offer comprehensive services and expertise to the members of the sports club during this period.
The agreement signing took place at the Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium during a ceremony in which key representatives from both entities gathered to formalize the partnership. The event was attended by H.E. Tareq Ahmed Al Masaood, Board Member of Al Jazira Club and Chairman of Al Jazira Football Company, Mr. Ali Yousef Al Hammadi, Group CEO of Al Jazira Club, Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder and Chairman of Burjeel Holdings and Mr. John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings.
Commenting about the agreement with Burjeel, Mr. Ali Al Hammadi said, “We are happy to welcome Burjeel Holdings to the family of Al Jazira Club. We consider it as a very valuable addition to our partners because of the inspiring human and corporate values they represent, their commitment towards the community of Abu Dhabi, and because of the highly valuable healthcare services they provide to the athletes and all the community members”.
“This partnership is an extension to the success we achieved in Al Jazira towards helping the community and the youth in specific to adapt sports as healthy and active lifestyle. Our efforts, joined now by Burjeel’s, will help us both in creating an ideal community environment that will help in spreading the awareness on the importance of sports, and assure that all athletes will have the best possible services, in terms of prevention and treatment,” Al Hammadi concluded.

With the agreement in effect, Al Jazira and Burjeel are expected to commence their collaboration.
