Biography

Dr. Saeeda Shahid is a goal-oriented General Practitioner with more than 14 years of experience and extensive knowledge of multi-disciplinary fields, OBG, Paediatrics, Emergency, and Inpatient and outpatient. She is known for caring and individualized patient communication and top-notch treatment planning. In 2015, she became part of NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Ain, as a General Practitioner (OBGYNE). She is skilled in conducting normal delivery and assisting cesarean sections, managing high-risk pregnancies, and well versed with regular, emergency, and basic ultrasound protocols in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is certified in BLS (Basic Life Support) by the American Heart Foundation, ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Paediatrics Advanced Life Support), and Diploma in Ultrasound. Her passion for Emergency Medicine drives her to continuously update her knowledge with the newest medical techniques through professional courses. Moreover, she has passed MRCPCH Part 1&2.
