Dr. Lama Lubbadeh Consultant Pediatrician

Biography

Dr. Lama Lubbedeh is a Consultant Pediatrician with over 23 years of experience and is a member of the Jordanian and Palestinian Pediatric Association. She completed her degree in General Medicine at Aleppo University, Syria, in 1998 and earned her license at the Jordanian Board in Pediatrics in 2007.  Dr. Lama began her practice as a Pediatrician in Palestinian and Jordanian hospitals that are JICA accredited and worked there from 2000 to 2009. She relocated to the UAE at the end of 2009. She gained substantial pediatrics experience in reputed government and private hospitals for over thirteen years before joining Burjeel Day Surgery Center, Al Reem Island, in Abu Dhabi.  Dr. Lama’s areas of expertise include healthcare for newborns, children, and adolescents; care and prevention of diseases; health awareness and administration of vaccines; growth monitoring and treatment of growth failure and obesity, diagnosis, and treatment of inflammatory, respiratory, digestive, and urinary diseases, follow-up of chronic medical conditions and monitoring adolescent sexual development and early hormonal changes.
