We regret to inform you that due to recent changes in Daman’s Enhanced Network policy, access to Burjeel branded facilities — including Burjeel Hospitals, Medical Centers, Daycare Centers, and Pharmacies — is currently unavailable for members under the Enhanced Network. This change is effective immediately and was implemented with no prior notice.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your healthcare services. Please be assured that this change only affects the Enhanced Network. Other plans within the Daman Network, such as the THIQA plan and the Daman Basic Plan, continue to be in force at Burjeel branded facilities.
For patients under the Enhanced Network who wish to continue receiving care at Burjeel branded facilities, you may choose the self-pay (cash) option. Alternatively, you can continue to access services at our other Burjeel group Hospitals and Clinics, including Medeor Hospital, LLH, and Lifecare (LCM), where services remain fully operational and unaffected.
Please note that ADNOC employees are not impacted by these changes as a separate ADNOC Corporate plan has been put in place to support them.
