Dr. Tamer Fady is a distinguished Professor of General Surgery, Oncology, and Reconstructive Surgery at Mansoura University, bringing over 31 years of clinical, academic, and surgical experience to his field. He has served as a Visiting Surgeon and Surgeon-in-Residence at the Montpellier Val d’Aurelle Cancer Center in France, one of Europe’s leading oncology centers, contributing extensively to advanced breast cancer management and reconstructive techniques. Since 2017, Dr. Fady has been practicing in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, working across several hospitals and playing an active role in advancing surgical oncology services in the region. An internationally recognized educator, Dr. Fady has instructed and trained surgeons in breast surgery across more than 15 countries throughout the Mediterranean region, delivering live surgery demonstrations, lectures, and hands-on workshops. He is also a co-organizer of the annual Multi-Disciplinary Breast Cancer Congress and the Emirates Surgical Society meetings, both held in the UAE, fostering collaboration and innovation among regional and international surgical experts. Dr. Fady’s career reflects a sustained commitment to surgical excellence, education, and multidisciplinary cancer care on both regional and global levels.
