Biography

Prof. Dr. Abdulla Shehab has 25 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology, and medical education. He has several professional affiliations. He was the Immediate Past President of Emirates Society of Cardiology. He is currently the General Secretary of Emirates Cardiac Society and the Vice President of Gulf Intervention Society. He is the Fellow of Royal College of Physicians, UK, a Fellow of American College of Physicians, Fellow of European Society of Cardiology, Fellow of American College of Cardiology, Fellow of American Society of Cardiac Intervention, and Fellow of Heart American Association. Professor Shehab is the Chief Editor of Emirates Medical Journal and serves as an Editor in many other regional and international journals. He published over 152 research papers in PubMed indexed journals. His areas of special interest include,
