A Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) and Oxford-trained interventional consultant, Dr. Elzein’s expertise spans complex vascular and oncologic interventions, image-guided procedures, and advanced diagnostic imaging. He completed his Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust and was awarded both the Royal college of Radiologists UK International Travelling teaching Fellowship and the Healthcare Innovation Fellowship from the University of Oxford.
