Dr. Ashraf Reza is an accomplished ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. As Head of Medical Services, Dr. Reza is responsible for overseeing clinical services, diagnostic facilities, and establishing protocols to ensure quality patient care. He plays a key role in setting up and maintaining the regular functioning of various clinical committees in consultation with the COO/CEO. Dr. Reza monitors the compliance of all medical services and manages external and internal medico-legal issues. He is also actively involved in facilitating the implementation of the hospital’s business plans as required by the CEO, managing procedure numbers, revenue, and cost budgets.
