Biography

Dr. Hanan Al Hanna is a dedicated and clinically competent General Practitioner who graduated from Al – Baath University, Syria, in 2013 and gained clinical experience during her Residency at the Latakia Children and Maternity Hospital in Syria. Dr. Hanan has worked extensively in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency departments. Before joining Burjeel Reem, she was associated with a prominent day surgery center in Abu Dhabi for three years. She is well accomplished in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. Furthermore, she has handled various aspects of general medicine such as immunization, vaccination, wound care, and treatment of bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections. Dr. Hanan advocates the importance of mental and physical health and identifies domestic violence signs. Dr. Hanan is well versed in diagnosing and treating acute emergency cases, including lifesaving and resuscitation cases.
