Ms. Ruqsar Rahman completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from IGNOU, India. Additionally, she is certified in Critical Care Nutrition, Nutrigenomics Counsellor, and Diabetes Education. Ms. Ruqsar has more than four years of experience in the field of clinical nutrition. Ms. Ruqsar started practicing in 2017 as a Chief Dietician at Orthomed Multispecialty Hospital, India, for two years. In 2020, she moved to the United Arab Emirates to continue her practice as a Clinical Dietician in a well-known wellness center in Dubai. Ms. Ruqsar’s areas of interest are,
