Dr. Haisam earned his Nephrology qualification from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) and completed his training in Internal Medicine at Yenepoya Deemed-to-be University. He has also undergone fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology and is skilled in managing vascular access complications for hemodialysis patients. His expertise includes the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of dialysis access, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients requiring long-term renal replacement therapy. Dr. Haisam has worked at multiple hospitals across South India and was a key member of the Nephrology team at one of the leading medical colleges in Mangalore. In addition to his experience in India, he has also worked at a leading tertiary care hospital in Qatar, further broadening his clinical exposure and experience in managing diverse patient populations. He is highly skilled in comprehensive patient care across a broad spectrum of kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, glomerular disorders, hypertension-related renal disease, and electrolyte imbalances.
