Biography

Dr. Houssam completed his Doctor of Medicine from the Teshreen University, Syria in 2002. Dr. Houssam then obtained his Specialization in Urology from the Ministry of Health, Syria in 2009. Dr. Houssam carries a rich experience of more than 14 years from various organizations across Syria, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE prior to joining Burjeel Medical Centre, Al Shahama. He is also a Certified Member of The Syrian Urological Society, Member of The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and Member of The Syrian Medical Association. Dr. Houssam has also attended several workshops and conferences internationally. Dr. Houssam’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to management of Urology cases. He is specially interested and knowledgeable in Laparoscopy and Endourology.
