Biography

Dr. Emad Al Nemnem is a seasoned Consultant Pulmonologist with over 15 years of experience spanning Germany, Austria, and the UAE. He earned his MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine at Vienna University and holds a German Board Specialization (Facharzt) in Internal Medicine and Pulmonology. Additionally, he is a Certified Specialist in Internal Intensive Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and he is accredited by both the Austrian and Swiss boards for Pulmonology. Dr. Emad began his career as a Resident in Pulmonology at Karl Hansen Hospital in Germany, followed by a fellowship at Wald Hospital Gera. In 2012, he advanced to the role of Consultant Pulmonologist, where he served as Head of the Bronchoscopy Section, performing over 2,500 interventional procedures annually. His expertise encompasses diagnostic and therapeutic flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, and cryo-biopsy. He also gained valuable experience working as a Pulmonologist at the Otto Wagner Lung Hospital in Austria. In 2019, Dr. Emad relocated to the UAE, where he has been serving as a Consultant in Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine at a prominent hospital in Dubai. A member of esteemed organizations such as the European Respiratory Society and the German Society for Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Dr. Emad actively participates in international conferences across Europe and the Middle East, staying at the forefront of advancements in pulmonary medicine. His dedication to patient care, combined with his extensive expertise in pulmonology and critical care, positions Dr. Emad as a leading specialist in his field.
