Biography

Dr. Mutim Khan earned his MBBS in 1994 from JN Medical College Hospital in India and his Diploma in Anesthesiology in 2000 from the same institution. In 2010, he earned a Fellowship in Intensive Care Medicine from Medvarsity, Apollo Hospital in India. Dr. Khan has more than 28 years of experience in the field, having worked in India and the United Arab Emirates. He began his career in 2001 as a Senior Resident Physician in Anesthesiology at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in India. In 2004, he returned to the UAE and continued his practice as a Specialist Anesthetist/Intensivist in the Anesthesiology Department and then as an Intensivist in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit. He holds Certifications in several areas, including Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) from 2008, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from 2012, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from 2013.
