Biography

Dr. Khaled Hassan has been appointed as a Consultant in Critical Care Medicine at Burjeel Hospital. He graduated from Alexandria University’s Faculty of Medicine and holds a European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine. Dr. Khaled Hassan is certified by the Arab Board of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine and is a member of several societies, including the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM), and the British Society of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (BSAC). Dr. Khaled Hassan is a Critical Care Physician with over 25 years of experience working in major tertiary care hospitals in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in managing critically ill patients with septic shock, acute respiratory failure, ARDS, traumatic brain injury, and infectious disease.
