My child had a surgery performed by Prof. Amin Al Johari one of the best surgeons ever. Had a small incident and gave a bad rating. Immediately received a call from Mohamed Yusri from patient experience which shows that this hospital respects its customers and cares about their reviews. This person understands what customer service is all about and if there was a rating of 10 I’d give it to this hospital and to this person.
