Dr. Shahid is a highly experienced pediatric surgeon with four decades of clinical experience dedicated to the care of children and newborns. He completed his medical degree in Pakistan 1983 and earned his Master of Surgery in 1992. Added Fellowship of Royal College of Glasgow (FRCS) UK. To his credentials in 1998. He began his career serving in various healthcare institutions in Pakistan before moving to the United Arab Emirates 1994, where he joined Ministry of Health as pediatric Surgeon. For the past 11 years Dr Shahid has been part of the UAE’s private sector since 2015, providing expert surgical care for infants and children. Dr Shahid has extensive experience in managing a wide range of pediatric and neonatal surgical conditions. His special interests include Minimal invasive surgery, pediatric urology and abdominal surgical conditions, as well as general pediatric and neonatal emergencies. He is known for his compassionate approach and dedication to providing the highest standard of surgical care to his young patients and their families.
