Dr. Murad Manea Alobthani is a distinguished Consultant Ophthalmologist with specialized expertise in Cornea, Refractive Surgery, and Cataract care. He serves as the Head of the Ophthalmology Department at Burjeel Medical City and the Director of Ophthalmology Services at Burjeel Holdings, bringing over a decade of experience in clinical and academic roles. Previously, he held key positions at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City as Division Chief of Ophthalmology and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Khalifa University. Dr. Alobthani completed prestigious fellowships in Cornea, External Diseases, and Refractive Surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, reflecting his commitment to both medical excellence and healthcare leadership.
