You need to be very careful for this thing (otherwise you can be forced to fly back even if you’re Japanese). The hospital prepares the format specified by the government, so you do not need to print the format and bring it in at home. The reception was also good. Thank you so much! 日本帰国用の陰性証明書取得において在ドバイ日本領事館が推奨している病院の一つです。政府指定のフォーマットを病院側が用意しているので自宅にてフォーマットを印刷して持ち込む必要はありません。受付の手際もよかったです。朝9時に検査を受け夕方8時前にメールで病院のフォーマットでの陰性証明書を受けとりました。病院書式の受け取り直後に病院に電話で確認したのちに直接病院に来訪し政府指定書式を発行してもらいました。（本来は翌日受け取りのはずでしたがこちらの事情により当日深夜ごろ受け取りになってしまいましたが、それでも丁寧に臨機応変に対応してくださりました。）
