Biography

Ms. Kadeejath Rishana is a Physiotherapy Specialist who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2011 from Yenepoya Medical College in Mangalore, Karnataka. She has over ten years of work experience in India and the United Arab Emirates. She worked as a Physiotherapist in a district hospital in Kerala for two years before joining NRHM (National Rural Health Mission) as a Chief Physiotherapist in 2013. She relocated to the UAE in 2014 and worked as a Physiotherapy Specialist in various hospitals and clinics throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi for four years. She has gained experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neuropediatric, geriatric, and neuro adult neurology and obesity and women‘s health. Her primary areas of expertise include soft tissue and sports injuries, post-joint replacement rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, manual therapy and mobilization techniques, kinesiology taping, and orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
