Biography

Dr. Cherry is a General Practitioner in Pediatrics who earned a Bachelor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, Asia’s oldest university. She obtained her license as a Physician in the Philippines in 2012. She then completed a three-year Pediatric Residency at Makati Medical Center, a Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited tertiary hospital in Makati City, Philippines, and became a Certified Member of the Philippine Pediatrics Society’s speciality board. Dr. Cherry has worked General Practitioner in Pediatrics in the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates for over six years. In 2016, she began practising General Pediatrics in the Philippines. In 2017, she relocated to Dubai, UAE, where she continued her practice in two reputable private clinics before joining Burjeel Day Surgery Center. Dr. Cherry has attended numerous conferences and workshops on a local and international level. Her primary areas of expertise include the management of pediatric asthma, atopic diseases, common infectious diseases, immunizations, preventive pediatrics, developmental pediatrics, and nutritional assessment.
