Biography

Dr. Monica Singh Chauhan is a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 23 years of experience in advanced women’s healthcare, academic teaching, and surgical excellence. She graduated from Government Medical College, India in 1997 and completed her Master’s in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002. Early exposure to minimal access gynecology in New Delhi sparked her passion for advanced endoscopic surgery. Over the years, she transitioned her practice to Minimally Invasive Gynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeries. Dr. Chauhan served for 12 years as an Assistant Professor at a leading hospital in India, training medical students and residents while advancing her surgical expertise. She later completed a Fellowship in Minimal Access Gynecology at AIIMS, New Delhi, focusing on advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. She has also undergone specialized training in Endometriosis Surgery and Robot-Assisted Gynecological Procedures, enabling her to manage complex pelvic conditions with precision. In 2016, she trained in Aesthetic Gynecology under leading international mentors, becoming one of the early specialists to bring these techniques into clinical practice. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Pelvic Reconstructive Gynecology, Aesthetic and Functional Vulvovaginal Surgery from SCU, California, USA.
