Dr. Sara earned her MBBS from Pondicherry University, India in 2008. She received her basic training at Indira Gandhi Government Hospital. She is also a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, MRCGP (INT). She has also pursued Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification courses. Dr. Sara started her career in 2009 as a medical practitioner with the Department of Atomic Energy, a central government hospital in India. She has also worked as a full-time medical officer in a cardiac ICU in India. She moved to the UAE in 2012 where she continued her practice as an emergency GP at LLH Hospital, Abu Dhabi for 3 years. She then worked as an emergency GP at Phoenix Hospital and as a family medicine practitioner at a few other medical centers in Musaffah. She has been practicing with Burjeel MHPC for 3 years as a Family Medicine Practitioner. During her tenure, Dr. Sara has gained tremendous experience of more than 10 years with expertise in a medical emergency and cardiac cases, where she handled cases of myocardial infarction, anaphylactic shocks, cardiac arrests, seizures, strokes, sutures, and much more.
