Biography

Dr. Sareena Thiruvathapura is a dedicated Specialist Pediatrician with a Master’s degree in Pediatrics and a Fellowship in Neonatology. With over five years of clinical experience, she has a strong background in the comprehensive care of newborns, infants, and children. 

Dr. Sareena has specialized expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, premature births, and critically ill neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Her approach to care is family-centered and evidence-based, ensuring the best possible outcomes for her young patients. 

Her professional journey began with an internship at Government T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha, India. She then served as a Junior Resident in Paediatrics at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (Aligarh Muslim University), followed by a role as Senior Resident in Neonatology at Iqraa International Hospital and Research Centre. Most recently, she worked as a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist at Iqraa Hospital, Calicut, India. 

Dr. Sareena is committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality pediatric and neonatal care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
