Dr. Senthil Prabahar Samiraj has over 23 years of post-MD experience. He earned his MBBS from Madurai Medical College in 1994 and his MD (dermatology, venereology, and leprosy) from Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research (Directorate General of Health Service) in 1998. He earned a Certificate in Acupuncture Therapy from Madurai Kamaraj University in India in 2007. He has worked as a Consultant Dermatologist and Venereologist in various healthcare settings throughout India, including Shri. Shanmuga Nursing Home and Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre. In 2009, he resumed medical practice in a specialty hospital in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Senthil’s areas of expertise include the management of life-threatening emergency skin diseases such as drug reactions, erythroderma, and vesiculobullous disorders; as well as dermatological and cosmetic procedures such as CO2 laser hair removal, diode laser tattoo removal, microdermabrasion, melanocyte transfer, patch testing, and hair restoration surgery.
