Ms. Anisha Vivek Gejji completed her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology in 2015 from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, India. With a total of 9 years of experience in the field, she has worked in various multidisciplinary speech and language therapy centers across the subcontinent. In 2016, she founded the Vikas Speech Therapy Clinic in Mumbai, India. In 2018, she had the unique opportunity to work with Bollywood celebrities, including training actress Anushka Sharma to portray the role of a specially-abled person in a movie. Before joining Burjeel Medical City, Anisha worked in several centers, hospitals, and schools across the UAE. Anisha has developed a strong interest in the assessment and intervention of various speech and language disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Delays, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Down Syndrome, Cleft Lip and Palate, Hearing Impairment, Sensory Processing Disorders, Semantic-Pragmatic Difficulties, Feeding Difficulties, Learning Difficulties, Misarticulations, Fluency Disorders, Voice Disorders, Aphasia, and Dysarthria.
