Biography

Dr. Mostafa Azab graduated with a Degree of Honors from Cairo University School of Medicine in 1997. Then, he finished his full-time Residency training in 2002 at Cairo University Hospitals, a 3500 beds hospital considered the biggest tertiary trauma center in the middle east. Then, he was appointed as an Assistant Lecturer at Cairo University and finished a Fellowship in shoulder arthroscopy in Bonn, Germany, in 2003. He finished his Ph.D. degree in 2006 with a sub-specialization in shoulder arthroscopy and open surgeries and dealing with all shoulder sports injuries and degenerative diseases. Dr. Mostafa Azab was assigned as an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at Cairo University. He also worked in the upper limb surgery unit at Saudi German Hospital in Jeddah from 2007 to 2015. He did more than 2900 surgeries related to shoulder and upper limb trauma, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases. His areas of expertise include,
