Biography

Dr. Dalia Omar Yousif Mohamed Alamin is a Specialist Internal Medicine at Burjeel Medical Center, Al Shamkha. She earned her MBBS. degree from Khartoum University in 2005. She completed her internship in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum. Between 2011 and 2013, she completed several clinical attachments in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at TAWAM hospital in Al Ain, UAE. She is BLS and ACLS certified. In 2013, she got her full Membership from the prestigious Royal College of Physicians in London, United Kingdom. She has more than 14 years of expertise in preventing, diagnosing, and treating interior disorders. She has extensive experience managing patients with undifferentiated or multi-system illness processes. These specialties are acute medicine, cardiology, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, renal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and rheumatology. Dr. Dalia is also a registered physician and licensed to practice in United Kingdom hospitals. She got her full registration in the General Medical Council, the UK in 2019. She has substantial experience in the field and has been involved in and contributed to significant colorectal cancer studies in Sudan. Dr. Dalia has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences, including the 3rd International Symposium “Colorectal Games” in Rethymnon, Greece, held in 2008.
